Terms and Conditions
We thank you for your trust in choosing Marabea Al-Asayel Trading, and we always strive to provide the best services to contribute to improving the level of horses. Carrying in our hearts the passion for Arab authenticity, we wish you offspring that bring joy to your hearts.
The file opening fee at the center is the financial compensation for the doctor's fees and the center's services. It is transferred immediately upon opening the file, and it includes the mare’s periodic examination at the center using the ultrasound device, insemination according to the agreed number of times whether with fresh or frozen semen, and the medications specific to the insemination process plus two doses of sedatives. The contract ends once the fetal heartbeat is observed at approximately 25 days. The owner may examine the inseminated mare at the center at any time free of charge during the pregnancy period resulting from insemination at the center. These fees are non-refundable and valid for one breeding season only.
For embryo transfer, the file opening fee is divided into two parts: the first before starting the embryo transfer process, and the second upon observing the heartbeat of the fetus inside the recipient mare at approximately 25 days. This does not include the fixation medications used up to five months of pregnancy. The owner has unlimited attempts within the same breeding season to transfer embryos to the same mare until success is achieved. The owner is obligated to pay the amount once the heartbeat is confirmed. The owner may examine the recipient mare that carried the embryo and was confirmed pregnant at the center at any time free of charge. These fees are non-refundable and valid for one breeding season only.
In case of suspicion of uterine bacteria or suspected reproductive disease, the center will notify the owner through one of the registered communication methods in the mare’s file. Accordingly, the owner may either authorize Marabea Al-Asayel Trading to treat the mare and pay the treatment costs, or assign the treatment to someone else. In this case, upon the mare’s return, she will be re-examined to ensure the disappearance of the pathological cause, and the cost of the examination will be paid by the owner.
We always strive to avoid unexpected emergencies or reactions that may arise as physical or allergic responses to medications or staff, whether from mares or stallions, and serious accidents. Taking into account all safe methods to maintain your horses in health and wellness. However, in case—God forbid—something unfortunate happens (falling, jumping, injury, rectal tear, fracture, etc.), the center and its staff bear no responsibility toward any party or individual. It is worth noting that—praise be to God—we have not faced such cases, but it was necessary to clarify.
The center follows a policy of minimizing the use of medications, especially hormonal ones, as much as possible to simulate the natural state of mares, except in cases where it is necessary.
This agreement becomes effective starting from the opening of the mare’s file, and it suffices for the mare’s owner (or the authorized person) to agree to this text for it to come into force.
The owner is considered responsible for ensuring the mare is sent to the center according to the follow-up schedule and is obligated to settle all financial dues without any delay.
And God is witness over all things.
